What It Does

Facebook Monitor connects your Facebook accounts to Raven so that you can:

• Monitor and post to your account
• Schedule posts (and edit them later)
• Like and comment to posts
• See quick statistics, Facebook Insights and referral traffic to your website
• Easily manage team privileges for Facebook

Raven allows unlimited Facebook accounts. Users must be Facebook admins to authorize an account in Raven.

What data it uses and keeps

Facebook and Facebook Metrics allow you to see:

• Post with comments and likes
• Total Likes*
• Friends of Fans (with comparative data)
• People Talking About This*
• Weekly Total Reach*
• All Facebook Insights
• Referral traffic to your website

* Includes comparative data as well additional data from Facebook Insights.

What you can report

You can report any Facebook data in reports.

In addition, you can report other useful Facebook data, including:

• Page views, pages per visit, time on site and bounce rate for Facebook traffic
• Google Analytics goal conversions from Facebook referral traffic
• Social Monitor search results for Facebook only
