User Support Specialist
Raven Internet Marketing Tools is hiring a User Support Specialist with 1-3 years professional experience. As a User Support Specialist, you will work directly with our customers to answer questions, handle billing issues and inquiries, troubleshoot bugs and educate about the Raven Tools platform. Our customers love using Raven, and the customer support team makes sure a high level of user satisfaction is maintained at all times.
This is a full-time position in Nashville, Tennessee. You must live in the Nashville area or be willing to relocate. Required hours are Monday – Friday (any 8 hour shift between 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. as assigned), including some holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the single point of resolution for the customer, responding to inquiries via email and ticketing system
- Troubleshoot bugs and system issues affecting users; work with both the support team and development team to manage issues and escalate problems in a timely manner
- Translate complex technical ideas and instructions into simple, easy-to-understand answers for customers while maintaining a helpful and engaging tone
- Handle billing issues and billing-related customer inquiries
- Create and maintain knowledge base content, blog posts and videos that educate customers
- Moderate and/or provide Q&A assistance for user support webinars
- Identify opportunities to improve Raven Tools products; gather and communicate feature requests; test new features; provide documentation and feedback to QA and product team
Required skills:
- 1-3 years experience in customer service or support role, software experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills and written skills
- Critical thinking, self-management, organization and attention to detail
- Ability to become a subject matter expert on the Raven Tools platform
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and follow up in a timely manner
- Flexibility, with a desire to go the extra mile for customers
- Familiarity with Raven Tools, Zendesk, Campfire, Plan.io or similar applications highly desired
- Basic understanding or experience in Internet marketing, campaign management, SEO, PPC, social media, Google Analytics, Google AdWords or agency experience is an asset

PHP/MySQL Developer
Raven Internet Marketing Tools wants to hire mid-level and senior PHP/MySQL developers with a minimum of 3 years professional experience. We’re looking for people with expertise in writing code from the ground up; modifying code; debugging code; building on existing code; and leveraging available options (i.e., plugins) when necessary. These roles also require collaboration on projects — providing guidance on best available options and setting expectations on what is possible.
This is a full-time position in Nashville, Tennessee. You must live in the Nashville area or be willing to relocate.
Required skills:
- Expertise in PHP and MySQL with a minimum of 3 years professional experience
- Expertise in cross-browser and cross-platform issues
- Ability to integrate HTML/CSS without loss to design
- Critical thinking, self-management, organization and attention to detail
