How does the free 30-day trial work?

Sign up for Raven—no credit card required—and the first 30 days are free. It's as simple as that. After 30 days, we'll ask if you if you want to keep using Raven Tools. You'll pick the account level you want and choose your payment method, and we'll start billing you from that day forward.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. You pay month-to-month and can change your plan at any time. We don't prorate bills or offer refunds for partial months.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept only credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Can I pay for 12 months in advance?

Yes—and you'll get an additional month free! After you sign up, you must request this option by e-mailing support@raventools.com. Your next invoice will include a line item for 12 months of the flat-rate service with a one-month discount. Overages will be charged to your credit card each month. (Custom domains require a 12-month commitment.)

Will my information from my free 30-day trial be saved if I don’t sign up?

We save your account information for another 30 days after your 30-day free trial expires. During that period you can still log in and activate your account. After that period, we delete your account and all of your data.
