Social Monitor
Mine the social web in real time.
How it works
You set up a search for any brand term or keyword phrase. Immediately, Raven starts collecting real-time social mentions for your search terms from more than 20 popular sources, including Facebook, Twitter, Stumble Upon, YouTube, Flickr, blog comments, news sites and more.

The Social Monitor assigns automatic sentiment to each mention—positive, negative or neutral—but you can edit those sentiments.
Advanced social monitoring
You can program social searches in more than two dozen languages, including Russian, Italian, French, Arabic and Chinese. You can filter by author, sentiment and type of mention. You can even return results based on the number of Twitter followers a source has.
And because you can set up a social search for any term, you can use the Social Monitor to keep up with the competition, scout the social web for product ideas, discover new industry blogs, identify influencers for SEO link building—really, whatever you can think of.
On Nov. 3, 2011, Raven deprecated a version of this tool that used socialmention as a data source. In turn, it released this new real-time social media monitoring tool powered by uberVU. Use this Social Monitor tool and Raven’s Social Stream tool in combination for comprehensive social media monitoring and management.
