How it works

The Raven Tools Link Manager is a comprehensive link building management and database tool. When you add a link to it, you can assign it a status (e.g., Requested), a type (e.g., Organic Link), an owner (i.e., the team member who is managing the link), a tag (to categorize links for easy access) and more. Update that information over time to see which links need attention.

Automatic link status updates

Once a month or as often as you specify, Raven Tools checks the status of active links in the Link Manager and lets you know what has changed. For example, if a nofollow attribute was added, the anchor text changed, the mozRank changed or the link was removed, Raven Tools will alert you automatically. You choose the links you want to monitor this way.

Add links more efficiently

• Already have an extensive link spreadsheet with similar information? You can batch upload existing link data in CSV form to the Link Manager, and then start managing it with Raven Tools. No more spreadsheet.
• Download the Raven Tools Firefox Toolbar. If you’re browsing online and find a site that’s a great link building opportunity, use the toolbar to quickly add the URL to the Link Manager and assign the link building task to a team member.
