You’re invited to a #Ravenchat!

We’re always looking for new ways to help our customers make the most of Raven’s Internet marketing platform.

There’s a lot to know, so we try to create plenty of webinars, setup guides and, of course, how-to blog posts.

If all that isn’t enough, you can always ask us questions via email or talk to us on Facebook or Twitter.

But we’ve launched some new tools lately (Social Stream and Research Central, for those keeping score), and we’ve been feeling pretty chatty.


That’s why we’re planning a little Twitter party: #Ravenchat! On Nov. 30 from 3-4 p.m. CDT, a whole bunch of Ravens will be hanging out on Twitter, ready to share tips and tricks and make introductions to help our awesome customers get to know each other.

The idea came from our support team, shepherded by the nattily-dressed Nate Baker (seriously, look at all his shoes).

“We wanted to explore ways we could educate folks on how to better use Raven, and Twitter was a space we hadn’t fully explored,” Nate said. “Since there are so many different workflows and ways to use Raven, we felt Twitter could be a great place to discuss how people are using Raven and how they can use it better.”

Fun and educational: what more could you ask for? We might even give out a few prizes!
