Branded keywords help SEOs focus

Monitoring branded keywords versus non-branded keywords is important. It helps an SEO know where to focus campaigns.

And now Raven allows you to set brand keywords for any website with just a few clicks.

Simple to create

You can get branded keyword data from Google Analytics. But you have to use an advanced segment or filter. And you have to do it for each account.

With Raven, simply add up to five brand terms under the Site > Settings tab. We’ll do all the calculations and filtering for you.

Add 5 Brand keywords

Simple to monitor

View branded keywords or non-branded keywords anywhere Raven has keyword data, including the Keyword Manager. Keywords will be distinguished by a special “brand” indicator.

In SEO Performance Reports (Metrics > SEO), a toggle for branded, non-branded or all keywords updates the relevant data, including the table and the performance metrics, when you choose an option.

Filter your keywords quickly

Branded keywords are also available in the new Google Webmaster Tools Top Searches table in Raven. You can toggle between all, branded and non-branded keywords with a click. This feature is not available in Google Webmaster Tools or the GWT data in Google Analytics.

Simple to report

To make reporting easy, we have built branded keywords into the report modules wherever it make sense. The most useful places are the Site Engagement module under SEO metrics and Top Keywords under Google Analytics.

What customers are saying
