Adding social searches
Social Monitor searches the most popular social media networks for keywords you want to track. It supports Boolean searches (AND, OR and NOT) as well as other customization options (see “Data available in social searches” below)

Raven assigns sentiment to all posts. You can edit the sentiment in the Social Monitor for reporting.
You can ignore domains that contribute poor results in your social searches.

Most users use broad searches. For focused searches, Raven’s Social Monitor accepts Boolean terms (AND, OR and NOT) and allows customization by any combination of the following sources and types of results:
