Adding social searches
Social Monitor searches the most popular social media networks for keywords you want to track. It supports Boolean searches (AND, OR and NOT) as well as other customization options (see “Data available in social searches” below)

Sentiment
Raven assigns sentiment to all posts. You can edit the sentiment in the Social Monitor for reporting.
