Listening and conversation tools
Raven offers a number of ways to listen to and participate in important social conversations.

Social account authorization
You can authorize an unlimited number of Facebook, Twitter and YouTube accounts. You have to have the username and password for Twitter and YouTube. You have to be a page administrator to authorize Facebook.
Twitter Manager allows you to add the URL shortener or your choice and program default custom variables for shortened links.
Track other social media accounts
Persona Manager can keep track of usernames and passwords for social accounts.
