Building a report

You can build reports with most of the data available in Raven. The Report Wizard allows you to drag and drop then customize modules with the data you want in your report. See “Data available in reports” below for more information.

You can add multiple modules of the same type. For example, you may want to report about two different Twitter accounts.

Likewise, you can include multiple Summary Pages in any report.

Scheduling

Reports can be sent to you and others daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly. You have to set the schedule before you create the report.

Brand templates

Brand templates allow you to customize the look of a report, including an image, such as a client logo, and some colors on the report. Templates can apply to a website, profile or the entire account.

Report templates

Report templates simplify the process of reusing a report you like. The template copies all of the modules from a prior report so you can quickly edit the report without having to recreate it. Report templates are useful if you send the same repot to multiple clients.
