Did you know? Store social logins with Personas
One of Raven’s most powerful social media tools for teams is Personas. This tool stores usernames and passwords for any social media account so it’s easy for anyone on your team to log in. With everything in a central place, it’s no trouble to pass a campaign from one team member to another.
Plus, you can use Persona Manager with Raven’s Chrome Toolbar, making sharing on behalf of clients as simple as a few clicks. Persona Manager populates the credentials of each site you’ve registered for you and pulls up the login page for your selection.

To create a persona, go to Social > Personas and click the New Persona button. You can then place an order with KnowEm and reserve hundreds of logins for social networks (By the way, you get a 10% discount if you order from Raven) or you can choose the Manual button to add information yourself.

Once you have a persona, click the Add Website button.

Start typing a social network. If it’s already one of the 623 (!) login pages we have set up so far, you’ll see it in the alphabetical drop-down menu.

If you can’t find the social site you want, just click the Custom Website button and fill in the website name and login URL and we’ll add this custom website to your persona.

Enter as many sites as you like – Personas will store them all. Clicking on the gear icon for any site will allow you to edit or delete the information or log in to the site. Raven will take you to the login page and open a new pop-up window with your login information.

So if you haven’t been using Personas, give it a try. It can make your team’s life a lot easier.
