A quick heads up:

This Sunday, Aug. 21, 2011, you won’t be able to access Raven’s Social Monitor. We’re doing some database maintenance on the tool from noon to about 6 p.m. CDT (GMT-5).

Note: this applies only to the Social Monitor tool, not to our Facebook or Twitter monitors or any of the other tools in the Raven platform.
