2010 was a great year for Raven. We added many major tools, created dozens of enhancements — and so many more of you signed up for a Raven account.

We had a few ideas for ways to express our gratitude:

• Release a holiday music collection featuring the sounds of Jon Henshaw
• Help stabilize Twitter
• Write 2010′s best business buzzwords on a sign and blow it up (with explosives, not with a copy machine)
• Send out Arienne’s Butterscotch Oatmeal Cookies, affectionately known as “Crack Cookies” in the office
• Force the dev team to run a Tough Mudder, and publish the video highlights

In the end, we decided to give a gift to the world in your honor: a donation to charity: water. charity:water is one of our favorite nonprofit organizations, and we’re thrilled that with our donation, 125 people will receive clean water for 20 years. As you make your own New Year’s resolutions, we encourage all of you to consider making a donation to charity: water.
