Raven Customer Care

I’m so very pleased to announce our brand spankin’ new Customer Care center. We wanted to have a singular place where current and potential customers knew they could look to answer any question they had. Here’s what you’ll find when navigating through the Customer Care center.

Knowledge Base

Raven in its entirety is documented in our extensive knowledge base. Not only can you get to it from any tool within Raven, you can also get there from Customer Care. Every few weeks we’ll highlight a new article from the knowledge base to help users get to know Raven a bit better.

Webinars

We have plenty of live webinars scheduled on various Raven topics so that you can follow along as we walk you through different portions of the platform. The webinars are available to both current and potential users, and we currently have them scheduled through the end of June. The upcoming webinars will cover each section of the Raven platform, and we’ll have a member of our user support staff on hand to answer any questions you’re having during the walkthrough.

Resources

Our VP of Product Marketing, Taylor Pratt, and I are working on many different resources that cover ways to use the Raven platform. SEO, social, link building and many other topics will be covered in our Resources section, and it is our hope that it becomes a great source of information for our users on how Raven can make them as efficient as possible. Be sure to check back with this section frequently, as we’ll constantly be adding new content.

Blog

All of our blog posts will be pulled in here as well, and will hopefully be another great source of information on how to best use Raven.

Change Log

We have some amazingly talented developers who are constantly rolling out updates to Raven. If you would like to keep up with what’s new and exciting, this is the best place to do it. We’ll even update this with minor changes, such as slight changes to the functionality of a particular tool. All major enhancements and new tools added will be featured on the blog.

Conferences

We travel a lot. While we’re traveling the world, we want you to know where we are so that if you’re in the area we can connect and say hello. Our next three conferences are listed here, and we’ll constantly be rolling out new ones as they get closer. If you’re at the same conference, please come by our booth so we can get a chance to meet, and we’ll always have awesome Raven t-shirts to hand out to those who stop by.
