Did You Know? Move links between websites without exporting data
The Link Manager is one of Raven’s most popular features, and it’s also one of the most robust – which means there are a few things it can do that you might not be aware of.
You probably know you can export and import links, but did you know that you can move links from one website to another — no CSV required?
As long as the websites you want to move links between are organized under the same profile in Raven, you can use the bulk actions menu to move link records—including link descriptions—from one website to another with just a few clicks.
To begin, go to Links > Link Manager and select the link records you would like to move.

From the bulk actions drop-down menu, choose the “Move to:” option for the website you would like to move your links to. Then click the “apply” button.

That’s it! The link records will be moved from the current website to the website you selected.
They will no longer be available on the original website, though, so if you are looking to copy rather than move links, use the export data function instead.
